Whole-Food Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is my favorite breakfast meal replacement filled with healthy fats and 15g of protein. I found the original recipe in a Dr. Mark Hyman cookbook, made a few tweaks, and have been enjoying this smoothie for years. I make one almost every morning and feel full for a couple of hours. It's a simple way to get all my nutrients, fuel me through my workouts and tastes absolutely delicious! 

Ingredients 
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 tablespoon coconut butter
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
2 walnuts
2 brazil nuts
1/2 lemon
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup of almond or hemp milk
1/2 cup of water

Put it in the blender and mix it all up!
