This snack tastes like a dessert! I use Fage plain Greek yogurt with Udi's gluten free granola, bananas and fresh berries. I love to sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of the Greek yogurt it adds to the taste and has a ton of benefits.

Shopping for the right Greek yogurt can be overwhelming. There are many different brands and flavors, but I recommend plain Fage and plain Chobani. You can easily be fooled so always check the label. Some brands have up to 50% more protein than others and some contain 25 grams of sugar in one serving. If you're not careful you could end up consuming more fat, calories, carbohydrates and sugar than one Krispy Kreme donut!!! I try to stay away from all flavored Greek yogurt and stick to natural sweeteners like fresh fruit, cinnamon and honey.
